Big Mac



Ingredients
Mince ½ kg
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Mustard 1 tsp
Burger buns 6
Mustard paste as required
Butter as required
Mayonnaise as required
Ketchup as required
Egg 1
Bread 3 slices soaked in milk
Paprika 1 tsp
Cheese slices as required
Finally chopped salad leaves
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Ketchup 1 tbsp
Wooster’s sauce 1 tbsp
Pickled cucumber as required
Onion coarsely chopped 4 tbsp (cooked until soft in 1 tbsp oil)
Method
In your mince mix together salt, pepper, mustard, egg, bread slices soaked in milk, paprika, garlic paste, ketchup and Wooster sauce, mix well, wet your hands, make into thin burgers, grill in a frying pan in ¼ cup oil, cut your buns in two and heat, butter them, put mayonnaise, put salad leaves finely chopped, mustard paste, cheese slice, beet petty, sautéed onion top with second piece of bun, spread mustard, finely chopped lettuce, pickled cucumber, second beef Pattie, sautéed onion and the third final piece of bun, serve with fries.

Hardees Jalapeno burger

For burger lovers here is the Hardees Jalapeno burger recipe this is sooo delicious and tempting.everybody gonna love it.
A nice break from typical hamburgers and much healthier for you. These burgers are flavorful, fairly simple to make, and quite delicious.Sharing this secret recipe with you all ,Enjoy :)



RECIPE
Mince beef 250 gm
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp heaped
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Paprika powder ½ tsp
Mustard powder ½ tsp
Oregano grinded ¼ tsp
Thyme grinded ¼ tsp
Egg half to 1 beaten
Fresh bread crumbs 1 cup
Cream 2 tbsp
Iceberg salad as required
Cheese slices 2
Tomatoes slices 2
Onion rings 2
Burger buns 2
Jalapeño chilies slice 4
Thousand Island dressing 4 tbsp
Recipe Method
Marinate beef with ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper, paprika, mustard powder, oregano, thyme, egg, bread crumbs and cream, mix well, make into patty, grill in 2 tbsp oil, heat burger buns, spread with butter, salad leaves, tomato, onion rings, patty, cheese slice, jalapeño sliced, topped with thousand island dressing, serve with loads of fries.

Cheese Zinger Burger




chicken breast 4 boneless flattened
 salt 1tsp
 pepper 1/2 tsp
 mustard paste 1 tsp
 mayonnaise 3tbsp mixed with white vinger 2tbsp
salad leaves 4
 cheese slices 4
 burger buns 4
dry flour 1 cup to roll
 ingredients for better:
 flour 3tbsp heaped
 cornflour 3tbsp heaped
 baking powder 1/2 tsp
 egg 1
chilled water to make better

Method:


Marinade chicken breast with salt,pepper, n mustard paste for 15 minutes,
 dip marinated chicken in better,roll in dry flour,deep fry in fry pan till crispy and golden.
Cut buns apply mayonnaise and vinger sauce, spread cheese slice top with chicken then salad leaves again mayonnaise sauce, cover with buns n serve hot.

Chicken Burger


Ingredients

Chicken mince 1/2 kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 3/4 tsp
Wooster sauce 1 tbsp
Oregano powder 1/2 tsp
Egg, beaten 1
Bread, sliced 1
Milk 1/4 cup

For Batter

Flour 3 tbsp
Water as required
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Dry self raising flour to coat as required

Method

1. Add chicken mince, ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper, Wooster sauce, oregano powder, beaten egg, bread sliced and milk.
2. Mix all well and make in the shape of thin patties (big kebabs) dip in prepared batter.
3. Then roll in dry self raising flour, freeze till required.
4. Finally shallow fry.

For Batter

1. In a bowl mix together flour, corn flour, baking powder, salt, Black pepper and make into thick batter with water.

Tips

Dry Self Raising flour, 1 cup plain flour, baking powder and 1/2 tsp salt combine these ingredients and store in tightly covered jar.
Use in any recipe that requires self raising flour.

Twister..



Kfc Twister

Ingredients
Chicken breast (boneless) 4
Salt 1 tsp
Pepper ½ tsp
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
Corn crumbs 2 cups
Self raising flour ½ cup
Ice berg lettuce sliced ½ cup
Hot sauce 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
White vinegar 2 tbsp
Tomato (cut into cubes)   1


Ingredients for batter
Flour 2 tbsp
Baking powder ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
White pepper ½ tsp
Paprika ½ tsp
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Water to make batter


Ingredients for tortillas
Flour 2 cup
Salt ½ tsp
Baking powder ½ tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Luke warm water as required


Method to make tortillas
1.        In a bowl knead 2cups of flour, 1/2tsp salt, 1/2 tsp baking powder and 2 tbsp oil with water to form medium dough
2.        Leave covered for 30 minutes, then make chapattis of a dinner size plate and cook both the sides on a griddle, cover and keep warm.


Method for batter
1.        In a bowl mix together 2tbsp of flour,1/2 tsp of baking powder,1/2tsp salt, 1/2tsp white pepper,1/2 tsp paprika,1 tbsp chili sauce and water . Mix all the ingredients well until a batter of medium consistency is formed

Method for chicken
2.        Cut boneless chicken fillet into 3 inch long strips, and marinate with salt, pepper, paprika, chili sauce, chili garlic sauce for 30 minutes, dip in batter roll in combined corn crumbs and self-raising flour mixture, fry till crisp and golden.



To serve twister
3.        Roll out the tortillas, top with fried chicken strips, tomato cubes, sliced lettuce, mayonnaise sauce and hot sauce.

4.        Serve rolled in butter paper.
