Chocolate shake



Ingredients
Chilled milk 2 cups
Chocolate syrup 4 tbsp
Caster sugar 3 tbsp
Chocolate ice-cream 4 scoop
Crushed ice 1 cup
Method
Blend altogether till smooth and thick, serve immeditely.

Cappuccino smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup yogurt
1/3 cup milk
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp chocolate syrup
1 ½ cup ice cubes
½ cup marshmallow
1 tsp coffee
Method:
Blend them all.

Apple pie Aala Mode Shake



Ingredients:
1 cup yogurt
½ cup apples
2 tbsp brown sugar
½ tsp cinnamon powder
½ tsp apple essence
1 cup vanilla ice-cream
1 cup crushed ice
Method:
Blend them all.

Mango swirls smoothie


Ingredients
Evaporated milk chilled 1 can
Mango chopped 1 cup heaped
Yogurt 1 cup
Mango essence ½ tsp
Crushed ice 1 cup
Caster sugar 1tbsp heaped
Method
Blend altogether, serve chilled.

Banana coconut cookie smoothie



Ingredients:
2 bananas
1 cup milk
2 cookies
½ tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp desiccated coconut
1 packet Badami kulfa balls
1 cup crushed ice
2 tbsp sugar
Method:
1. Blend them all together.

Bounty Smoothie



Ingredients
Bounty chocolate 4
Crushed ice 1 cup
Vanilla ice cream 4 scope
Milk ½ cup
Cream 2 tbsp
Method
Blend together 4 Bounty chocolate, 4 scopes Vanilla ice cream, ½ cup Milk, 2 tbsp Cream and 1 cup Crushed ice. Garnish with flaked coconut and chocolate sauce. Serve chilled

Mango and pineapple smoothie


Ingredients
Mango puree 1 cup
Coconut milk powder 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Pineapple juice 1 cup
Sugar 2 tbsp
Ice cubes 1 cup
Yogurt ½ cup
Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
Pineapple or coconut essence few drops
Method
Blend altogether and serve immediately.

Strawberry colada


Ingredients
Frozen strawberry 1 cup
Coconut milk powder 3 tbsp
Pineapple juice 1 cup
Sugar 2 tbsp
Ice cubes 1 cup
Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
Vanilla ice cream 2 scoops
Strawberry essence 2 to 3 drops
Method
Blend altogether serves immediately

Black forest frosty


Ingredients
Cherries 1 cup pitted
Chocolate ice cream 1 ½ cup
Cream whipped ½ cup for decoration
Chocolate cake or brownie 1 cup
Milk ½ cup
Crushed ice 1 cup
Sugar 2 tbsp
Method
Blend altogether Cherries 1 cup pitted, Chocolate ice cream 1 ½ cup, Chocolate cake or brownie 1 cup, Milk ½ cup, Crushed ice 1 cup, Sugar 2 tbsp pour in glass serve garnished with whipped cream

Mango Tango


Ingredients:
1 cup ice
1 chopped mango
2 tbsp Tang
1 cup white drink
2 tbsp mint leaves
2 tbsp sugar
Method:
Blend all till smooth.

Mango squash


Ingredients
Mango Puree 1 kg
Sugar ½ kg
Citric acid 2 tbsp
Meta bisulphate 1/8 tsp
Water 1 kg
Method
Peel, chop and blend mangoes into a puree. Mix with sugar, water and strain the juice with a plastic sieve add citric acid and meta bisulphate, dissolve each separately in ¼ cup water add both to the juice mix well fill in sterilized bottles, shake the bottle daily use after a week.

Coffee Banana Smoothie:


Ingredients:
2 medium size Bananas (peeled, cut up and frozen)
1 ½ cup milk
5 Tablespoon yogurt
1 tea spoon coffee
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Banana Slice optional
1 cup ice
2 tbsp sugar
Preparation:
In a blender combine peeled and frozen bananas and milk, yogurt, cinnamon, sugar and ice. Cover and blend until smooth. To serve pour into glasses, if desired garnish with fresh banana slice .Makes 2 servings

Apricot Peachy Chiller


Ingredients:
Apricots 6-8 (fresh or canned)
Peaches 1 cup (fresh or canned)
Strawberries ½ cup
Sugar 2 tbsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Ice 1 cup
Peach essence 2-3 drops
Method:
Blend all till smooth.

Gulab ka sharbat


Ingredients
Sugar 750 gm
Water 1 ½ glass
Arq-e-gulab 1 cup
Method
Mix sugar and water together cook for 10 minutes till slightly thick, remove add 1 cup arq-e-gulab and red food color ¼ tsp, mix well, cool and fill bottles.

Harira


Recipe
Milk 2 cups
Chopped pistachio 1 tbsp heaped
Chopped almonds 1 tbsp heaped
Cardamom grinded ½ tsp
Ghee 1 tbsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Method
Heat ghee in a pan add finely grounded almonds and pistachio, fry for 2 minutes add sugar with milk and green cardamom, cook for 10 minutes, you can add pinch of zaffran if required, serve hot.

Gulab ki lassi


Recipe:
Milk ½ cup
Yogurt 1 cup
Nauras 2 tbsp
Rose water 1 tbsp
Crushed ice 1 cup
1 tbsp sugar

Blend them all tiil smooth.

Mango Naurus delight


Ingredients:
Mango 2 cubed
Milk 1 cup
Sugar 2 tbsp
Ice 1 cup
Naurus 2 tbsp
Marshmallows ½ cup
Vanilla ice cream 2 scoops
Method:
Blend all together
