Twister..



Kfc Twister

Ingredients
Chicken breast (boneless) 4
Salt 1 tsp
Pepper ½ tsp
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
Corn crumbs 2 cups
Self raising flour ½ cup
Ice berg lettuce sliced ½ cup
Hot sauce 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
White vinegar 2 tbsp
Tomato (cut into cubes)   1


Ingredients for batter
Flour 2 tbsp
Baking powder ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
White pepper ½ tsp
Paprika ½ tsp
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Water to make batter


Ingredients for tortillas
Flour 2 cup
Salt ½ tsp
Baking powder ½ tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Luke warm water as required


Method to make tortillas
1.        In a bowl knead 2cups of flour, 1/2tsp salt, 1/2 tsp baking powder and 2 tbsp oil with water to form medium dough
2.        Leave covered for 30 minutes, then make chapattis of a dinner size plate and cook both the sides on a griddle, cover and keep warm.


Method for batter
1.        In a bowl mix together 2tbsp of flour,1/2 tsp of baking powder,1/2tsp salt, 1/2tsp white pepper,1/2 tsp paprika,1 tbsp chili sauce and water . Mix all the ingredients well until a batter of medium consistency is formed

Method for chicken
2.        Cut boneless chicken fillet into 3 inch long strips, and marinate with salt, pepper, paprika, chili sauce, chili garlic sauce for 30 minutes, dip in batter roll in combined corn crumbs and self-raising flour mixture, fry till crisp and golden.



To serve twister
3.        Roll out the tortillas, top with fried chicken strips, tomato cubes, sliced lettuce, mayonnaise sauce and hot sauce.

4.        Serve rolled in butter paper.

Chicken Tikka Pizza



ingredients for pizza dough:

2 cup All purpose flour(maida)
2tb oil
1 egg
1 tb or one small packet instant yeast
1 tb sugar
1/2 tsp salt
luke warm milk for kneading flour as required

Method for dough

combine all ingridients and knead it very well with luke warm water.
knead dough medium soft (not very soft and not hard)after a good kneading cover your dough properly and keep it at some warm place and let it rise for 1 or 2 hours or until double in size.

for tomato sauce:

in 2tb oil add 2cloves of garlic chopped,fry it untill in light red color ,add 1/4 tsp rossemeri dry leaves,1/4 tsporegano leaves,i/1 cup tomato puree ,1 tsp crushed red chillies and salt.cooked it very well.and dry its water properly.

For chicken

Chicken boneless 300g
garlic cloves:2 crushed
oil:1-2 tbs
yougart:3 tbs
chicken tikka masala:1 tbs
turmeric powder:1/4tsp
red chilli flakes:1ts
salt:to taste

Method:-Heat oil in a pan add chicken pieces in cube form fry untill changes its color now add all spices with yougurt. cook all very well untill the water of chicken and yogurt is drained.if you like you can add your veggies at this step but if you like your vegies to be crunchy and colour ful then add when assembling pizza.

Vegetables

bell pepper as required ,onions cut into half moon shape,black olives,tomatoes,green chillies.

Assembling

when dough will double on size ,roll into a big 1/2 inch thick roti form.place pizza sauce and 1 cup mozrella cheese ,chicken chunks,all vegetables u like .add some more cheese on the top sprinkle some dry oregano leaves on top ,bake it on 180 c or 170c for 12 to15 min

Fruit yogurt


Crispy Cutles


Mince meat buns

YUmMy Mice Buns...a best snack for tea party and iftaar parties..


   
 For Buns:

Egg 1
Flour 2, 1/2 cup
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Instant yeast 1, 1/2 tsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Lukewarm water as required

For Filling:

Mince 1/2 kg
Green chillies (chopped) 2
Egg beaten 1
Onion (finely chopped) 1 cup
Spring onion (finely chopped) 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
All spice 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves (chopped) 2 tbsp
Oil 2 to 3 tbsp
Sesame seeds as required

Cooking Directions

For Dough: In a bowl mix together flour, salt, oil, instant yeast, sugar, egg and knead into a soft dough with lukewarm water, cover and leave it for an hour till rise.
For Filing: Heat oil add mince and ginger garlic paste, fry for 5 minutes.
Add salt, chilli powder, black pepper powder and all spice.
Cover and cook till mince tender and dry.
Cool mince completely add in both the chopped coriander and green chillies chopped.
Roll out the dough and cut into rounds.
Spoon meat mixture into center of rounds.
Fold rounds in half making a half moon shaped, press sides firmly together all the way around.
Place on greased tray let the bun rice for 1 hour brush buns with beaten egg, sprinkle sesame seeds on them.
Bake in a pre-heated oven on 200 degree C for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
