Mac nuggets




Ingredients
Boneless chicken cubes 250 gm
Egg 1
Milk ¼ cup
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Ingredients for batter
Flour 3 tbsp heaped
Corn flour 1 tbsp heaped
Baking powder 1 tsp
Water ½ cup
Salt, white pepper ½ tsp each
Method
Marinate chicken cubes with salt, black pepper and mustard powder ½ tsp each for 15 minutes, add in it egg, milk and lemon juice, keep for another 15 minutes make batter with flour, corn flour, baking powder, salt, white pepper and water, dip nuggets in prepared batter deep fry till light golden and crisp, serve with fries.
