Mini chicken pizza bites



Ingredients for dough
Flour 2 ¼ cup
Instant yeast 1 tbsp
Warm milk ½ cup
Salt 1 tsp
Oil ½ cup
Sugar 2 tbsp
Egg 1 beaten
Egg white 1 for egg wash
Water ¼ cup or as required
Ingredients for filling
Chicken boiled and shredded 1 cup
Onion chopped 3 tbsp
Garlic paste ½ tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Tomato purees 2 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Green chilies chopped 3
Ingredients for dough
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except egg white and knead well into smooth, soft and elastic dough, let it rise till double in volume, make filling, heat butter in a sauce pan add all the ingredients with chicken, cook for 10 minutes till done, remove and cool. Punch down the dough, divide the dough equally into small balls, flatten each portion, fill with each with chicken filling, reshape into small ball, cover and leave it for second proofing for 20 minutes, brush with egg white, bake on 200 degree C for 12 minutes.
