Chicken Burrito

Recipe

Chicken boneless(cut into thin slices) 375g
Garlic 3tbsp
Salt as per taste
Crushed red Chillies 2tsp
Oil 1cup
Onion 3
Tomatoes 4
Capsicum 1
Green chillies 8-10
Beans(boiled) 2cup
Tomato paste 3tbsp
Organo 1tsp
Tortilla 2
Cheddar cheese 250g
Marinate chicken with 1tbsp garlic,salt,and 1/2tsp red crushed chilli for half hour.now heat 3tbsp oil in a pan and fry chicken at high flame and take off. In separate pan heat oil and add 1 onion slices,2 tomato cubes,1 capsicum cubes, green chillies chopped and fry on high flame for 2 minutes, set aside.
Now heat 2tbsp oil and add 1tbsp garlic,one small onion and fry. Grind the boiled beans and add in this oil. Cook these ingredients together, add salt and cook for more 5 minutes and take off from heat.
In remaining oil fry 1tbsp garlic,4 tomatoes chopped,3tbsp tomato paste,salt,crush red chilli,salt and 2 cups of water and cook for 10 minutes .Add oregano it it and cook for more 5 minutes. When water remains half take off from flame.
Now spread chicken mixture, beans and vegetables on tortillas and roll them tightly. Put in a baking tray, now spread tomato sauce and grated cheese on top and bake for 10 minutes in pre heated oven. Serve Hot.
