Assorted Chicken Sandwiches

RECIPE
white vinegar half cup
Crushed black pepper 1-1/2tbsp
Bay leaf 1
Onion(slices) 1
Boneless chicken 250g
Mayonise 3tbsp
bread slices 6
Lettuce leaves 6
tomato(slices) 2

Cook together white vinegar,black pepper,bay leaf and onion at high flame,till vinegar is dried.
Now fry the boneless chicken in 2tbsp oil and for five minutes and add 2 cups of water in it.cook at low flame until water get dried.then cut chicken in thin slices and add mayonise in it,mix well.Take 6 bread slices and put lettuce leave on it,then put chicken paste,and tomato slices.Cover with other slices.And cut into half.
Serve chilled.A best snack for your kids.
