Bun Kebab

Beef mince half kg
gram lentil 250g
All spice powder 2tbsp
salt as per taste
cumin seeds 1tbsp
red chilli powder 1-1/2tbsp
turmeric powder 1/2tsp
Ginger paste 1tbsp
Garlic paste 1tbsp
Onions 3
Eggs 3
Green Chatney 1cup
Tomatoes(slices) 2
Put beef mince,gram lentil,all spice,salt,cumin seeds,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste and 3 onion slices in a pan.Put on flame and add 2 litres of water in it.Cook until it becomes to boiling point then slow the flame and cook for 50 minutes till mixture is dry.Then take off the mixture and spread in an open tray,grind the mixture and make small round kebabs(cutles).beat three eggs in a bowl now dip the ready kebabs in the eggs and shallow fry in the hot oil.
Heat pieces of buns in a pan,by putting some oil on both sides,then green chatney on bun,place kebab,tomatoes and onion rings on it.spread again green chatney on top and cover with the second slice.Serve
