Lemon Fluff

Refreshing summer dessert which is made of lemon flavored flilling that is soo elegant that you would feel pleasure to serve in front of your guests.Enjoy

Round biscuits (coarsely chopped) 2 cups 
Butter 2 tbsp
Eggs (separated) 2
Sugar 6 tbsp
Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Lemon peel 1 tsp
Gelatin powder 1 ½ tbsp
Milk 2 cups
Flour 1 tbsp heaped

Crush 2 cups biscuits, mix with 2 tbsp melted butter, spread in pie dish or any dessert dish you like, mix together 2 eggs yolk, 6 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp flour then add 2 cups milk to this mixture and cook over low flame, stirring continuously till thick, dissolve 1 ½ tbsp gelatin in ¼ cup water, add in 3 tbsp lemon juice, mix gelatin mixture to the prepared custard, beat 2 egg white stiff, fold in the prepared custard with 1 tsp lemon peel, spread mixture on top of the biscuit base, chill till set. Decorate with whipped cream and cherries.For more decoration you can also add sprinkles on the top which will give a beautiful look.
