Chicken Tikka Pizza

Chicken 325g
Red chili powder 1-1/2tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/3tsp
Lemon juice 2tbsp
Ginger paste 1tsp
Garlic paste 1tsp
Cumin seeds 1tsp
Oil 4tbsp
Marinate chicken with the above all ingredients except oil, for half hour. Heat 4tbsp oil in a pan ,fry marinated chicken for 6 minutes then off the flame and put flamed coal in the center of the chicken put 1tsp hot oil on it and cover immediately .Smoked chicken is ready.
For sauce:
Tomatoes (chopped) 6
Onion (chopped) 1tbsp
Oil 1tbsp
Garlic 1/2tsp
Tomato 3tbsp
Water 2 cups
Salt 1tsp
Heat up oil in a pan, fry onion and garlic, add chopped tomatoes, after 2 minutes add 3tbsp tomato paste in it .Now add 2 cups of water and salt and cook for 15 minutes until water is dried.
For dough::
Flour 3cups
Yeast 1tbsp
Oil 2tbsp
Egg 1
Salt 1tsp
Sugar 1/2tsp
Put yeast and sugar in 1 cup of water and set aside for few minutes to rise the yeast.
Add yeast mixture in flour along with oil, egg and salt. Now mix all ingredients and knead the dough, keep in warm place so that it can  b raised.
For topping:
Mozzarella cheese 600g
Onion(rings) 1
Green Chilies 6
Grate mozzarella cheese. Now roll the dough and set in pizza tray. Put tomato sauce, chicken, onion rings, green chilies and cheese. Bake for 20 minutes at 200c in  pre heated oven.
Serve hot.
