Mal Pura

Flour 2 cups
Semolina ½ cup
Sugar ½ cup
Eggs 4
Yellow color ¼ tsp
Green cardamom powder 1 tsp
Soda by carb ½ tsp
Water to make batter
Ghee for frying
Put all in a bowl except ghee, make into a thin batter, cover and leave it for 4 hours, just before frying add ½ tsp soda by carb, mix well, deep fry in a tai or large fry pan in ghee, serve with balai or rabri.
