Achar Gosht

Ingredients
oil 1/4cup
onion 1
ginger paste 1tbsp
garlic paste 1tbsp
Red chilli half tbsp.
Mutton 1kg
salt as per taste
Yogurt 1cup
Mix Pickle 1 cup
Heat oil in a pan and add onion and ginger garlic paste, and fry it.Now add red chilli and mutton in it and fry for 5 minnutes.Now add 1 liter water and add salt,Cook for 1 hour until it get boiled.Now remove the lid and dry the water of mutton.and fry for 10 minutes.At the end add 1 cup mix pickle and cook more for 2 minutes.when it is ready take off from flame and garnish with fresh corriander and Ginger.Serve Hot.
