Apricot Cream

Apricot Cream is a yummy dessert with the combinition of dry apricots and cream,it will enhance the joy of your feast.It can be served for high tea parties also.I used the cilicon bundent pan to freeze this dessert as it will look more beautiful when we take it out.Recipe is given below Enjoy :)

Apricots puree 1 cup
Cream whipped 1 cup
Evaporated milk chilled 1 cup
Sugar 6 ounces
Gelatin 1 ½ tbsp

Beat 1 cup chilled evaporated milk till it get doubled,then dissolve 1 ½ tbsp gelatin in ¼ cup water,
 soak apricots in 1 cup of water for 4 hours, remove seeds and blend apricots with sugar,
 mix blended apricot puree in whipped evaporated milk, also fold in dissolve gelatin and 1 cup whipped cream, mix all together, put in a mold to set. Decorate with whipped cream and cherries.
