Mango squash


Ingredients
Mango Puree 1 kg
Sugar ½ kg
Citric acid 2 tbsp
Meta bisulphate 1/8 tsp
Water 1 kg
Method
Peel, chop and blend mangoes into a puree. Mix with sugar, water and strain the juice with a plastic sieve add citric acid and meta bisulphate, dissolve each separately in ¼ cup water add both to the juice mix well fill in sterilized bottles, shake the bottle daily use after a week.
