Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Pineapple upside dwon cake is a very delicious creamy cake recipe This cake will melt in your mouth in seconds is a wonderful desert that is easy to make and enjoyed by the masses. You can try this amazing recipe for a slight twist on an old favorite; it really makes for a super moist delight.
This classic pineapple upside-down cake makes a fun centre piece for afternoon tea and brings back many childhood memories.
Pineapple Upside Down Cake begins with melting butter with brown sugar until it starts to caramelize. This mixture is then poured into a cake pan and fresh pineapple slices (or you can use canned pineapple slices) are placed on top. If you like you can also garnish the top with maraschino cherries or candied red cherries (as shown in picture). A buttery white cake batter is then poured over the pineapple slices and the cake is baked until golden brown,
I was always scared to bake upside down puddings or cakes as my oven’s temperature annoys sometimes. I saw this awesome cake at a cooking show by Chef Sharman and it attracts me by its beautiful look then for further tips I saw many tutorials at YouTube and other sides and finally I got enough courage to bake this cake. And the first look was just mind blowing. I remember my father was leaving for some formal feast. I took out my cake from oven and straight put on table in front of her. He is diabetic patient but couldn't stop himself to take the bite..:P now it’s my all-time favorite recipe for cake.
