Pizza Sandwich

Baked Sandwiches with pizza filling,tastes so good and unique.Great to serve at afternoon tea parties.

Flour 2 cup
Salt ¾ t sp
Instant yeast 2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Milk 2 tbsp
Warm water as required
For Filling:
Oil 1 tbsp
Onion 1 (chopped)
Capsicum 1 (chopped)
Mushroom 4
Olives 4
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Tikka chunks 1 cup
Oregano leaves 1 tsp
Cheddar cheese ½ cup
Mozzarella cheese ½ cup
Tomato paste 1 tbsp

Mix together in a bowl flour, salt, yeast, sugar, oil and milk.
Knead with warm water into soft dough.
Leave to rise covered for one hour.
For Filling:
Heat up oil in a pan.
Add onion and cook for 1 minute.
Add in capsicum, mushrooms, olives, ketchup, tikka chunks, oregano leaves, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese and tomato paste.

Divide dough in to four balls and roll each ball in to a round side.
Top one side of each round with half the filling mixture.
Fold rounds in half to enclose filling.
Press edges together.
Place sandwich on the greased oven tray.
And bake for 20 minutes on 200 degree.
