Qeema kachori

For dough:
½ kg flour
Water to knead
For filling:
250 grams ghee
250 gram ararot
½ tsp baking powder
Qeema filing:
250 grams mince
½ cup of water
½ tsp all spice powder
½ tsp coriander
½ tsp green chilies
½ tsp salt
½ tsp cumin
1. Knead the dough with flour and water.
2. Roll the dough and put the filling in it.
3. To make the filling mix ghee, ararot and baking powder together.
4. Now fold the dough again and make balls out of it.
5. Now roll it and put the qeema filling in it and cover it with the second part of the dough.
6. To make the qeema filing, fry oil with qeema and onions together a bit then add all spice powder, coriander, green chilies, salt and cumin.
7. Fry more till done.
