Achari Mix Sabzi

oil 1/2cup
onion 1(chopped)
ginger 1tbsp
garlic 1-1/2tbsp
Tomatoes 6
Red Chilli 2tbsp
Potatoes 1cup
Salt as per taste
Carrots 1 cup
Peas 1 cup
Cauliflower 1 cup
Pixed Pickle 1 cup
Heat oil in a pan and add onion,ginger garlic paste in it.Fry well.Now add 6 tomatoes cut in cubes and red chilli powder.fry for 5 minutes.Then add potatoes,1 cup water and salt , cover it and cook for 5 minutes.Then add carrots,green peas and cauliflower ,cover again and cook for 10 minutes.At the end add mix pickle and cook for 2 minutes.take off from heat and serve with Chapati.
