Aloo Paneer Pakora

Potatoes(boiled) 1/2kg
Dry Mango Powder(Citric Acid) 4tbsp
Cumin seeds 1tsp
Red chilli powder 1tbsp
Salt as per taste
Onion(slices) 1
Green Chillies 5
Fresh Corriander 1/2 bunch
Gram Flour 2 cups
Baking Powder 1/2tsp
Cumin seeds 1tbsp
Cottage Cheese 250g
Add dry mango powder,1tsp cumin seeds,1tbsp red chilli,salt,onions,green chilli and fresh corriander and knead well.
Now take another bowl and add 2 cups of gram flour,bakng powder,salt,red chilli powder and 1tbsp cumin seeds and add some water to make a thick batter.
Now make balls of potato dough mixture.cut cottage cheese in small cubes and fill it in each ball of potato mixture.and close and roll again to make ball.Now dip these balls in batter and deep fry for 5 minutes in hot oil.Serve with Chatney or any dip of your choice.
