Aloo Tikki Chat

bread slice 2
Potato(boiled) 2
Cumin seeds 1tsp
salt 1tsp
oil half cup
onion(chopped) 1
garlic paste 1tbsp
Boiled Chick Pea 1cup
Red chilli Powder 1-1/2tbsp
Fresh Corriander half bunch
salt per taste
green chillies 6-7
Plain Flour half cup
Egg 1

Soak bread slices in water and then press tightly to release water, put salt,cumin seeds and bread in boiled potatoes and grind well to make a paste.
for filling heat oil in a pan and fry onion and garlic paste in it.Add boiled chickpeas,red chilli powder,fresh corriander,salt and chopped green chilli and fry at high flame for 5 minutes and then take off from heat.And grind this mixture.Make balls from potato mixture and fill with 1tbsp of lentil(chickpea) mixture in it and close well and shap small rounded balls.Make batter of plain flour and egg with water,and dip these balls in the batter and deep fry in hot oil for 5 minutes.Serve hot with sauces and chat masala.
