Aloo Keema

Recipe
Oil half cup
onion(slices) 2
ginger 1tbsp
garlic 1tbsp
Mutton mince 1/2kg
Red chilli powder 1tbsp
Turmeric Powder 1/2tsp
Salt as per taste
Cumin Seeds 1tbsp
Star anise 2
Corriander 1tbsp
Potatoes 1/2kg
Black Pepper Powder 1tsp
Heat up oil in a pan and add onion slices and ginger garlic paste and fry well.Now add half kg mutton mince in it and fry.
Add red chili powder,salt,turmeric powder and fry for more 5 minutes.then add 1 liter water and cook until get boiled then cook at low flame.Add cumin seeds,star anise and coriander and cook for half hour.Then add half kg potato cubes in it and cook for 5 minutes.add black pepper and cook until it is done.Garnish with Ginger slices and fresh corriander. Serve hot.
