Beef Nehari

Oil half cup
ginger paste 1tbsp
garlic paste 1tbsp
Beef meat 1kg
red chilli powder 2tbsp
turmeric powder half tsp
salt as per taste
fennel seeds(Ground) 3tbsp
Cumin seeds 1tbsp
All spice Powder 1tbsp
Flour half cup
green chilllies 8
Fresh corriander(chopped) 1 bunch

Heat up oil and add ginger garlic paste and beef in it and fry for 10 minutes.Now add red chilli powder,salt and turmeric powder and fry for 5 minutes,then add 1-1/2 liter water and cook for one and half hour till meat is tenderized.Now take meat out of gravy and put fennel seeds ground,cumin seeds and all spice powder in the gravy.Now mix flour with water and add in the gravy and stir well.When it is thick add meat again in it and cook for 20 minutes at low heat.When it is done serve by garinishing with chopped green chillies and fresh corriander.Serve hot with Naan or chapati.
