Chicken Shami Kebab

Chicken 1kg
Gram lentil 1/2kg
All spices(whole) 2tsp
salt per taste
Dry red chilli 5
Red chilli powder 1tbsp
Ginger past 1tbsp
Garlic Paste 1tbsp
Onions 3
turmeric Powder 1/2tsp
Cumin seeds 1tbsp
green chillies 8
fresh corriander(chopped) 1 bunch
Egg 1

Put chicken,gram lentil,all spices,salt and 4 cups of water on flame, when it comes to boil put dry whole red chilli,ginger garlic paste,onions,turmeric powder and cumin seeds and cook on low flame.when chicken and lentil are tendered,dry the remaining water at high flame,and grind the whole mixture to make a smooth paste.Now add chopped green chillies and fresh corriander,mix well and shape into small kebabs,Now dip these kebabs in beaten egg and fry in hot oil.Serve with your favorite chatney.
