Almond Chiffon Cake

Butter 250g
Sugar 200g
Eggs 9(seperated)
All Purpose flour 200g
Baking Powder 1tbsp
Salt 1/2tsp
Almonds(Powder) 200g
Vanilla Essence 1tsp
Cream 300g
White Chocolate 300g
Brown chocolate 300g
Almonds(Blanched) 200g
Take butter in a bowl and add 100g sugar in it and beat well until light and fluffy.Now add 9 egg yolks in it one at a time and gradually beat well.Until mixture is creamy.
In a seperate Bowl beat well Egg whites and add remaining 100g sugar in it slowly.Add sugar and beat well until it becomes like a foam.
In the next step mix together all purpose flour,baking powder,salt and almond powder.Mix this dry mixture well.
Now add vanilla essence in the butter mixture and add dry mixture in the butter mixture and also add egg whites mixture.fold slightly with hands so that it becomes very light and creamy.
Now divide thi mixutre in half and pour in two prepared baking tins.Bake for 30 minutes at 180C.
Now take 150g cream and add white chocolate and brown chocolate in it and melt together.When it gets cool pour this chocolate filling on one piece of cake,add 200g blanced almonds and cover with another piece.Add remaining icing on top and Garnish with whipped cream and serve.
